Looking for staff? FAQ’s

How does your pricing work?
At People 2U, our pricing is transparent and straightforward. We pay our workers according to awards, EBA’s (Enterprise Bargaining Agreements) and industry agreements, and then we bill out a charge rate on top of that. This ensures that you receive a competitive and fair rate for the services provided by our quality employees.

What is your attitude or policy for workplace safety?
Safety is our utmost priority at People 2U, and we take it extremely seriously. As part of our client onboarding process, one of our friendly operations team members will visit your site to inspect working conditions and ensure they meet safety standards. Before our employees are placed on your site, they will receive a comprehensive briefing about the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required for their job. On day one, they will arrive fully equipped with the correct PPE, ready to work. While People 2U typically provides the necessary PPE, some agreements may require clients to provide it as part of the arrangement.

Is there a minimum number of staff I need to hire?

As a leading labour hire and recruitment service provider, People 2U employs, onboards, and takes responsibility for our workers. When you use our services, we are the employer, and our employees are placed at your site, and your business then become what is known as the host employer. However, while on your site they remain employees of People 2U throughout their time at your business. This means we handle all their HR requirements (pay, leave, communications etc), allowing you to focus on what you do best. Should your business wish to undertake a permanent placement with one of our employees, the HR responsibilities will transition to your business, along with a permanent placement fee which is negotiated.
