JOB SPEC/PD:
People 2U are hiring for production workers, forklift drivers and process workers.
Work site locations are in Melbourne’s northwest areas. We’re seeking multiple production workers to assist in demands leading up to and beyond Christmas. Apply today!
Rates for the roles vary between $25 – $29.99 per hour.
ABOUT THE ROLE – PRODUCTION WORKERS – BROADMEADOWS:
- Broadmeadows location
- Process workers and forklift drivers work available
- Casual, ongoing work
- Day and afternoon shift available
- Immediate start
- Work within food manufacturing companies
- One location requires workers to work in a cold environment roughly 5 degrees
- Heavy manual lifting required
- Must be fit – repetitive lifting of up to 10-25kg is required
- GMP food experience (essential)

- Thornbury location
- Day shift work
- Production and warehousing roles available
- Heavy manual lifting may be required
ABOUT YOU:
- Must be fit – constant lifting can be required at times
- Familiar with working in a manufacturing business
- Capability to perform repetitive and manual tasks
- Ability to meet production deadlines
- Intermediate numeracy and literacy skills
- Uncompromising attitude towards safety
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work well within a team and with limited supervision
- An excellent work ethic and willingness to learn
